A deeper understanding. A brighter tomorrow.
Your problem may be more than a problem to solve.
It may be a pattern to understand.
Sometimes you know what you are experiencing, but not why it keeps happening. At ChangeHypnosis, we explore not only what you are experiencing, but the patterns that may be influencing how you think, feel, respond and relate.
Therapy integrates this understanding with NLP and Clinical and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy to help you develop greater awareness and more helpful responses.

Greater Awareness. New Possibilities
What Brought You Here?
Perhaps you're experiencing:
Anxiety
Depression
Stress
Relationship Difficulties
Panic Attacks
Fears & Phobias
Overthinking
Self-Sabotage
Emotional Difficulties
Low Self-Esteem & Confidence
Whatever brought you here, you don't have to understand everything before seeking help.
What If There Is More
Beneath the Problem?
Sometimes the difficulty we notice is only the part that has become visible. A thought keeps returning. A reaction seems stronger than the situation. The same conflict appears again and again. You know what you want to do, yet something seems to pull you in another direction.
Perhaps the question isn't only “How do I solve this?”
Perhaps it's “Why does this keep happening?”

YOUR INNER BLUEPRINT
You Have a Survival Operating System (SOS)
DO YOU KNOW WHICH ONE IS OPERATING YOU?
Every human being develops ways of responding to life. We call this the Survival Operating System (SOS. Much of the time, we are unaware of how it influences the way we experience ourselves, other people and the world around us.
The question is not whether you have an SOS. You do.
The question is whether you understand yours.

Same Patterns. Deeper Understanding. A Different Future.
Three Ways the Survival Operating System Can Express Itself
Each survival pattern develops in response to early experiences and can influence how we think, feel, behave and relate.
Wanted Child
A survival pattern shaped around being wanted, accepted, valued and meeting expectations.
Partly Wanted Child
A survival pattern shaped around navigating uncertainty, inconsistency and the need to adapt.
Unwanted Child
A survival pattern shaped around proving oneself, persistence, independence and finding one's place.
These are not labels to diagnose yourself with. They are part of a framework for understanding how survival patterns can develop.
When a Pattern Becomes a Loop
A pattern can become familiar. Familiar can become automatic. And automatic can feel like “this is just who I am.”
From the perspective of the Survival Mechanism Model, we describe this as a survival hypnotic trance—where familiar thoughts, emotions and responses continue to influence the present.

Sometimes the Problem Isn't Only the Relationship.
Two people don't enter a relationship empty-handed. They bring their experiences, expectations, beliefs, emotional patterns—and their own ways of surviving. Sometimes what looks like a relationship problem is also an interaction between two different survival systems.

What Clients Say
“I absolutely loved the sessions and the manner in which Lawrence explained his approach. It made me immensely comfortable right from the word go. His method was more to do with you understanding both the problem and the solution.
Neha K, Mumbai
“Lawrence didn’t push me to deal with an emotion and a person he felt I needed to deal with. He simply guided me very gently to it so that I was the one doing the work while he did the guiding. It made sense since it was my journey. It’s so different than a traditional therapist and that is what helped.
